Alberto Corvo
Managing Principal, Financial Services

Mr. Alberto Corvo, (Managing Principal, Financial Services) manages the Financial Services Services division at eClerx Services Limited. He has over 15 years of experience in investment banking and banking technology. Mr. Corvo has recently begun his journey at eClerx in February 2009. Prior to joining eClerx, Mr. Corvo ran the Business Development department for Murex NA, a world leader derivatives software supplier, in North America. Preceding his stint at business development was his tenure at Lehman Brothers as an investment banker. Before joining Lehman, he ran the product development department for FICS, the first electronic banking software provider with an Internet-based solution. Alberto holds a Masters of Business Administration degree from the Yale School of Management (USA) and a Masters degree in electronic engineering from Politecnico di Milano (Italy).

Scott Houchin
Principal, Sales and Marketing Support

Mr. Scott Houchin leads our Sales and Marketing Support division, developing optimum business solutions for our Fortune 500 clients in the high-tech, eCommerce and retail industries. With over fifteen years experience in Fortune 500 technology companies, Scott joined eClerx at the start of 2009. Prior to joining the eClerx team,
Mr. Houchin was Director of EU Search Operations at Yahoo!. He has also held senior global marketing positions at Gateway and Dell. Mr. Houchin holds a BSc Business Management and English from the
University of South Dakota (USA).

Scott McCartney
Principal, Sales and Marketing Support

Mr. Scott McCartney, (Principal, Sales and Marketing Support) brings over 15 years experience in outsourcing and investment banking. He has been with eClerx since November 2008. Prior to joining eClerx, Mr. McCartney was in charge of global business development at Adventity, a knowledge process outsourcer providing research and analytics services to the financial services community. Mr. McCartney has worked in investment banking, research and consulting with Credit Suisse First Boston, Morgan Stanley and Price Waterhouse in New York and Sydney. He holds a Bachelors of Commerce degree in (Finance / Accounting) from the University of New South Wales (Australia), a Masters of Business Administration degree in finance from New York University (USA) and is a certified Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.

Sandeep Dembi
Principal, Financial Services

Sandeep Dembi (Principal, Financial Services) manages the India operations for the Financial Services Services. He joined eClerx Services Limited in November 2009. He has an overall experience of 13 years, primarily in the BPO / KPO sector. His last 10 years have been in the Financial Services space working in Insurance, Commercial Finance and Consumer Finance areas. Prior to joining eClerx, he was responsible for running a large scale Life & Pensions operations for a key client of WNS Global Services. He is an ex Master Black Belt from GE Capital, having worked in the Six Sigma area for close to four years. He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from XLRI Institute of Management (Jamshedpur) and a Bachelors of Technology degree from Panjab University, Chandigarh (India).

Hoshi Mistry
Principal, Sales and Marketing Support

Mr. Hoshi Mistry (Principal, Sales and Marketing Support) manages business operations and process re-engineering for the enterprise eBusiness services of eClerx Services Limited. He has over 12 years of work experience and specializes in managing complex processes. He has a robust record in implementing turnkey projects from process consulting to operations and business process improvement. He joined eClerx Services Limited in April 2002. At eClerx, Mr. Mistry has designed and setup the implementation of knowledge management and training programs. Prior to joining eClerx, he was working with Emageware Technologies as a program manager and was involved in systems design and algorithms development from August, 2000 to April, 2002. He has received his Bachelors of Engineering degree, with a specialization in computer science, from Ramrao Adik Institute of Technology, Bombay (India) and a Masters of Technology degree, with a specialization in computer science, from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay (India).

Rohitash Gupta
Principal, Sales and Marketing Support

Rohitash Gupta, (Principal, Sales and Marketing Support) manages the operations and business process reengineering for the Sales and Marketing Support operations of eClerx Services Limited. He has over 12 years of experience in the retail and manufacturing industry. He joined eClerx Services Limited in November 2003. Prior to joining eClerx, he was working with ABB Limited from May, 1995 to May, 1997, Tata AutoComp Systems from June, 1999 to May, 2001 and Siemens Information Systems as Associate Consultant from June, 2001 to October, 2003. He has received his Bachelors of Technology degree from Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur (India) and a Master of Management degree from the School of Management, Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay (India).

Kishore Poduri
Principal, Shared Services

Mr. Kishore Poduri, (Principal, Shared Services) runs the Human Resource, Knowledge Management and Quality Delivery teams. Mr. Poduri has over 14 years of experience in HR services within the financial services and manufacturing industry. He has been a part of eClerx since June 2006. Before joining eClerx, he was the Regional head for Human resources for the Treasury, Corporate, Institutional and Retail banking groups at HDFC bank. He has a Masters of Business Administration degree, with a specialization in human resources from the Symbiosis Centre for Human Resource Development (SCMHRD), Pune (India) and a Bachelors of Science degree with a specialization in computer science from Nagarjuna University (India).

Swati Thakar
Associate Principal, Shared Services

Ms. Swati Thakar, (Associate Principal, Shared Services) is responsible for the technology development practice at eClerx Services Limited. She brings with her over 17 years of strong technology management background, having worked, delivered and managed diverse technology projects on web-based and windows based platforms. Ms. Thakar has been with eClerx since February 2008. Prior to joining eClerx, she worked with V2Solutions, a software services company, heading their Microsoft practice. Prior to V2Solutions, she played leading roles in managing software delivery at Satyam Infoway, Datamatics, Tandon and Abacus and also led the technology development for the e-commerce portal IndiaPlaza.com. She holds a Diploma in Electronics from the SNDT University (India) and is a certified PMP from the Project Management Institute.

Sachin Vaidya
Associate Principal, Shared Services

Mr. Sachin Vaidya (Associate Principal, Shared Services) heads Information Security and Infrastructure at eClerx globally. He has over 15 years of experience in IT and Information Security across financial services, telecommunications and services outsourcing. He has been with eClerx since May 2009. Prior to joining eClerx, Mr. Vaidya worked for Inventurus, eFunds, Mahindra-British Telecom and IIT Bombay. Mr. Vaidya is a Certified Information Systems Auditor – CISA, Certified Information System Security Professional – CISSP and Certified Information Security Manager – CISM and a Lead Auditor for ISO27001 information security standard.

Sachin Rastogi
Associate Principal, Corporate Finance

Sachin Rastogi (Associate Principal, Corporate Finance) heads the finance, secretarial and investor relations of eClerx Services Limited. He has over 10 years of experience in various functions in finance and strategy. Mr. Rastogi joined eClerx Services Limited in February 2008. He has received his Bachelors of Science degree from Delhi University (India) and a Master of Management degree from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore.
