eClerx has become one of India’s first KPOs to be appraised for and rated at maturity level 3 of the People Capability Maturity Model^® (P CMM^®). The appraisal was led by an SEI authorized SCAMPI-A lead appraiser from QAI India Limited. The appraisal covered all the Strategic Business Units (SBUs) of eClerx across its facilities in Mumbai. With this appraisal, 13 process areas and 291 of eClerx’ people practices are benchmarked against the P CMM^® Framework.
