outputs, training material, etc. across all its projects. Process-specific
training programs, internal competitions and examinations are developed to
ensure that process and domain expertise are maximized. These are all essential
for scalability and quality consistency. We have a dedicated knowledge
management team which is responsible for overseeing knowledge management
systems, structure, and policies. This aims at institutionalizing our knowledge
gained from our internal experts, client programs, and industry initiatives into
modular training programs.
