eClerx develops and maintains comprehensive information repositories on systems, processes, tools, process outputs, training material, etc. across all its projects. Process-specific training programs, internal competitions and examinations are developed to ensure that process and domain expertise are maximized. These are all essential for scalability and quality consistency. We have a dedicated knowledge management team which is responsible for overseeing knowledge management systems, structure, and policies. This aims at institutionalizing our knowledge gained from our internal experts, client programs, and industry initiatives into modular training programs.

Training:
We have training programs aimed at developing industry, product, and process specific knowledge. In addition, we impart training on management development, general corporate, soft skills, and particular technical knowledge. We maintain more than 1000 training courses and associated tests, which are administered and evaluated through a managed training platform.

Documentation:
We maintain detailed descriptions of all the processes and work-flow streams, to manage staff transitions effectively.
Process improvement:
We use a Six-Sigma DMAIC methodology for our business process improvements which are shared across the Company.

Intranet:
We archive our document repository on an intranet which enables effective management of market research, and industry news catering to specific industries.
