as a professional services firm wherein our staff are divided into client
delivery roles, shared services, and support functions. The shared services and support functions comprise knowledge management,

Recruitment:
We hire people
with engineering, management, financial services or outsourcing services
background. We also recruit from a variety of educational institutions
throughout India. Our selection process involves a series of activities
including telephonic interviews, online aptitude and skill tests, and
face-to-face interviews. |

Retention: We appraise our employees on both
quantitative and qualitative terms, and conduct employee reviews twice in a
year, where such reviews include a 360 degree feedback. We gauge employee
satisfaction through annual surveys and an internal suggestion portal, and
fine-tune our human resources policies to address concerns. We also attempt to
increase job satisfaction through a dynamic rewards program, job rotations, and
