All process improvement initiatives are wrapped in six sigma and project management methodologies.

Processes transitioned to eClerx are often redesigned to achieve contemporary measures of performance, such as service, quality, cost, and speed. The delivery loop is closed as processes are regularly audited and measured through periodic client feedback surveys.
