Challenge
- Lack of project resources required to facilitate client’s reference data strategic initiatives such as migration to Asset Control
- Coordination of resources to play role of prototype production users for User Acceptance Testing
- Teams required to handle responsibilities such as testing, reconciliations, data cleansing, documentation, etc
Solution
- eClerx staffed team of three resources, composed of:
- One Team Lead / BA resource to lead the exercise
- Two existing senior production resources
- Team’s knowledge augmented by leveraging existing understanding of client systems and Asset Control
- Team Lead provided support for building project plans, reviewing and testing user requirements, documentation, and deploying business process improvements
- Production resources provided tactical to medium term support – running actual tests, affecting changes in systems, and producing draft documentation
- Resources fungible across all activities, providing client flexibility to redeploy resources in various roles
