Book Closure Dates for Twelfth AGM to be held on Thursday, August 23, 2012

The Register of Members and Share Transfer Register(s) of the Company will remain closed from Thursday, August 16, 2012 to Thursday, August 23, 2012 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Twelfth Annual General Meeting of members of the Company, as well as for ascertaining entitlement for Dividend, if approved at the ensuing AGM, scheduled to be held on August 23, 2012.​
