eClerx Enters Global Services’ GS 100 List; Recognized in Two Top Performer Categories
August 16, 2010. eClerx entered the GS100 and was listed in two additional Top Performer Categories in the 2010 GS100 survey, including “Fastest Growing” and “Top Industry Specific BPO Providers”. The survey is conducted by Global Services, an integrated media brand, and neoIT, a leading offshore advisory and management firm and included a panel of international experts evaluating companies across geographies.The GS100 list represents an industry benchmark in recognizing service provider leadership and excellence in service delivery on a global scale. The scope of the survey covers IT Outsourcing and BPO services industry across all countries. The 2010 GS100 list includes companies from 18 countries with operations in 30 countries.
The GS100 rankings are based on a weighted scoring system evaluating the below four pillars:
