We execute a
pilot for our client, which is a
scaled down replica of the
transitioned process to demonstrate
our execution capabilities to our
clients. |
We sign the
master services agreement and the
statement of work. For effective
migration, we deliver detailed
process documentation to our
clients. We then deploy manpower and
infrastructure at various levels for
efficient execution of the process. |
We undertake
periodic review sessions with
clients to seek feedback and
implement changed processes to
improve service. |
