At the request of one of our larger clients, a reputed third party independent consultancy conducted a comprehensive IS audit of our facilities. The objective of this audit was to ascertain eClerx' adherence to information security standards as prescribed by the client, including most aspects of information security like network and systems security, physical and logical security, user awareness, data confidentiality, business continuity management, and disaster recovery strategy.

During the audit eClerx was appreciated for institutionalizing appropriate systems and processes. The audit helped to further reinforce stakeholder and client confidence, and also helped enhance information security awareness among employees.

Risk and threats are now assessed and evaluated on a periodic basis, and champions have been identified to percolate IS awareness across the organization, and drive IS related improvements within their processes.
