As I look back to map my journey at eClerx, I realize that all my work
assignments here have nicely dovetailed into my previous work experiences of
software development at a leading IT firm and business process
operations/planning jobs at a global commercial bank.
The rapid growth at eClerx and its attendant challenges has added new facets to
my profile. I have enjoyed soaking up the knowledge intensive culture at eClerx
and have increased my knowledge of designing programs that deliver consultative
support to global investment banks. Driving change, setting organizational
policies of a growing firm and providing strategic inputs to the business have
pushed my career trajectory forward.

To draw personal satisfaction followed by appreciation for rapid implementation
of ideas.
Business initiatives at eClerx are conceptualized, analyzed and delivered very
fast. A deep set culture of customer orientation ensures variety on the job as
solutions need to be continually tweaked due to shifting customer preferences.
That coupled with a measured sense of urgency allows people like me to see
their ideas move to fruition very quickly.
That for me is the most actualizing aspect of my job.

Delivering process excellence through customized solutions requires a zealous
attention to detail which is also a core value at eClerx. It aligns with the
way I approach my work. Also eClerx encourages an entrepreneurial culture
amongst its employees. I have a lot of freedom to structure my work according
to my design. The flat structure of the organization allows every
employee’s voice to be heard.

A self starter who is a result-oriented and possesses a keen eye for detail
would be very successful at eClerx. Since ours is a high knowledge intensive
business, a self drive to learn new concepts is much appreciated.

I must admit that my experience at eClerx has been far more rewarding than any
of my previous . In addition to my professional growth and satisfaction at
eClerx, I have also enjoyed participating in a number of the companies exciting
initiatives that have helped me acquire new, and better the existing skill
base. This has helped change my role from one focused on execution to a more of
a strategic base.
I believe that eClerx cares about my professional growth and concomitant job
satisfaction as much as it cares about the firm’s success. I have been
able to advance my career within the company because of the support and
guidance I've received along the way.

The best part of working at eClerx is the opportunity to work with clients that

An employee can deliver her best only if she enjoys her job role. eClerx stands
out in identifying the strengths in an employee and assigns tasks that they can
excel at. Working on challenging assignments, having the freedom to express
ideas/thoughts and going to an extent to implement them have added a new
dimension to my profile. Client co-ordination, expectation management are some
of the skill sets that you will add to your profile as eClerx allows you to
work and interact very closely with its clients.

Job satisfaction, and timely recognition and appreciation for my efforts are
the most rewarding aspects of my job. These days it’s just not enough for
an organization to be “nice”. Employees always expect more! eClerx

Senior Process Manager
|

As my first job, eClerx has given me the opportunity to learn and experience
practically all the concepts which seemed esoteric to me in B-school. Starting
off in directly middle managerial layer, has taught me to grapple with and then
enjoy the various facets of management viz. people management, client
communication, developing and understanding technology, business strategy,
knowledge gathering & assimilation and above all, the balancing act between
all of these.

The trust that is placed by the company in one’s abilities, coupled with
the freedom to operate in one’s domain results in an entrepreneurial and
informal culture. This results in ideas being thrown up, which can be seen to
their implementation very soon with the same focus and dedication that one
would do for their own business. The result is a continuous effort towards
improvement, which satisfies me the most.

The energy and enthusiasm of this young and dynamic company, with its will to
do better with every success and new business initiative is what comes
naturally to me as well, making it a very good fit for any person with a high
n-ach (HR jargon; means – need for achievement).

A person looking for an ever changing atmosphere, with an ability to adapt

Process Manager |

eClerx is a rapidly growing organization and a great place for young and
energetic minds to apply their skills and knowledge they possess and let their
talent flourish in a free and fair working environment.
My association with the organization has allowed me to explore facets that I
would not have imagined when joining. When I signed up as an analyst, I
definitely did not think that, barely 2 years down the line, I would be
handling 2 large teams, developing solutions for bulge bracket clients and
speaking to VPs and SVPs every day. I believe I have
benefited career-wise,
but, even more importantly, am a more well-rounded, consummate professional
thanks to the opportunities I got. If one has the will to learn and the drive
to go ahead, then, at eClerx, the sky is the limit.
I think here is an organization that truly believes and practices certain
values and ethics. When working at eClerx, one never gets the sense of being in
a 'people factory'. It is a truly flat organization, where the managers do not
believe in a top-down approach, but encourage feedback and give one the freedom
to innovate. What I particularly like is that the organization is willing to
place long bets on the ability of young people to scale up and manage complex
projects and ensures that there is sufficient backup in terms of training to
achieve that.

Being a person with a keen eye for detail and above all open to new ideas,
dedicated and striving for continuous improvement in the quality and quantity
of my output, I am very happy to be a part of an organization that is driven by
exactly the same sentiments.

To someone who is hardworking, ambitious, has an open mind and willingness to
learn and adopt new ideas and concepts with
alacrity. This is not the best place
if one wants to sit back and wait for things to happen, but if one has the fire
