Mr. Hoshi Mistry (Principal)
Hoshi Mistry manages the setup and on-going implementation of knowledge management and training programs of the Company. He joined our Company in April, 2002. He has received his bachelor’s degree in engineering with a specialization in computer science from Ramrao Adik Institute of Technology, Bombay and a master’s degree in technology with a specialization in computer science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Powai. Prior to joining us, he was working with Emageware Technologies as a Program Manager and was involved in systems design and algorithms development from August, 2000 to April, 2002. He has over 12 years of work experience and specializes in managing complex processes. He has a robust record in implementing turnkey projects from process consulting to operations and business process improvement.
 

Mr. Kaushal G. Mahajan (Principal)
Kaushal Mahajan joined our Company in July, 2003. He is responsible for management of operations and business process reengineering for the financial services operations of our Company. He has received his post-graduate diploma in management from Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow and bachelor of engineering with specializations in electronics, from Visveswaraya National Institute of Technology, Nagpur. Prior to joining us, he was working with HSBC as Manager, Business Process Improvement in Banking Services department from April, 2000 to July, 2003. He has over 8 years of experience in the financial services, retail and manufacturing industry.
 

Mr. Rohitash Gupta (Principal)
Rohitash Gupta manages the operations and business process reengineering for Enterprise Analytics operations of our Company. He joined our Company in November, 2003. He has received his bachelor’s degree in technology from Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur and a master’s degree in management from the School of Management, Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. Prior to joining us, he was working with ABB Limited from May, 1995 to May, 1997, Tata AutoComp Systems from June, 1999 to May, 2001 and Siemens Information Systems as Associate Consultant from June, 2001 to October, 2003. He has over 10 years of experience in retail and manufacturing industry.
 

Mr. Kishore Poduri (Principal)
Kishore Poduri oversees the end to end implementation and delivery relating to the human resources systems and processes. He also manages the setup and on-going implementation of knowledge management and training programs of the Company. He joined our Company in June, 2006. He has received his bachelor’s degree in science with a specialization in computer science from Nagarjuna University and a master’s degree in business administration with a specialization in human resources from Symbiosis Centre for Human Resource Development, Pune. Prior to joining us, he was at HDFC Bank where he was appointed as the Regional Head for Human Resources for the southern and eastern regions from December, 2002 to June, 2006. He has over 12 years of experience in financial and manufacturing industry.
 

Mr. Daniel Foarde (Principal)
Daniel Foarde is responsible for managing client relationships, architecting solutions, and handling relationship based sales. He joined eClerx, LLC, one of our Subsidiaries in September, 2006. He has received his bachelor’s degree in business administration in finance from the University of Texas and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Texas. Prior to joining us, he was working with Fiserv- EPSIIA as the Vice-President of sales, marketing and project development from 2004 to 2006. He has over 20 years of experience in financial services, retail and manufacturing industry.
 

Mr. Andrew Hobbs (Associate Principal)
Andrew Hobbs is the head of sales and business development for the finance and derivatives operations of our Company. He joined eClerx Services Limited, U.K. one of our Subsidiaries, in November, 2006. While he does not hold any formal degree , Mr. Hobbs career was evaluated in 2000, by Professor Giora Harpaz of the City University of New York as equivalent to bachelor of business administration with a concentration in marketing and management information systems. He has over 19 years of experience in derivatives covering back office clearing / brokerage systems, sales and implementation, clearing / execution / funding sales and regional / global sales/business management and has held senior positions at Rolfe and Nolan and Deutsche Bank. Prior to joining us, Mr. Hobbs was at GL Trade as their head of Post Trade Derivatives for London/Northern Europe business units from July, 2004 to October, 2006.
 

Mr. Joseph Ryan (Associate Principal)
Joseph Ryan is the head of sales and business development for our Enterprise Analytics business for the North America region. He joined eClerx, LLC, one of our Subsidiaries, in December, 2006. He has received his applied sciences diploma for instrumentation and control (robotics) from University of New Mexico. Prior to joining us, he was with B-Global as Vice President, Business Development from 2003 to 2006. He has over 25 years of experience, as a business development executive in various industries, such as, retail, manufacturing, travel, hospitality, wireless communications and workforce automation.
 

Mr. Joseph Sursock (Associate Principal)
Joseph Sursock leverages the Sales and Business Development of the eCommerce Business across the UK and EMEA. He joined the company in February 2008. He has received a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems and Operational Research from Leeds University and a MBA from Bradford University. Prior to joining us, he was Business Development Dir for The Distillery Software UK. He is a highly knowledgeable and analytical sales and marketing professional with over 20 years experience in Enterprise Solutions, working in retail, manufacturing, travel, hospitality, telcos and financial services. He brings extensive experience gained both in the UK and Internationally. He has worked with customers delivering complex process-based solutions in areas such as CRM, Application Development, AML and Intelligence Based Analysis.
 

Mr. Mahesh K. Muthu (Associate Principal)
Mahesh Muthu manages the client relationships, architecting solutions, and handling relationship based sales. He joined eClerx, LLC, one of our Subsidiaries, on September, 2004. He holds a bachelor’s of science degree in economics with a specialization in finance from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. Prior to joining us, he was working with the Financial Planning and Analysis department at Dell Inc., from July, 2003 to August, 2004. He has over 4 years of experience in the financial services, retail and manufacturing industry.
 

Mr. Neville Bharucha (Associate Principal)
Neville manages Operations Initiatives for our Financial Customers. He joined eClerx January 2004. He has received his masters in finance from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management and bachelor of engineering (Electronics) from Saboo Siddik College of Engineering Mumbai. Prior to joining us he has worked with McDonald’s Mumbai in Operations from May 1995 - 2001 & Business Development until Dec 2003. He has over 13 years of experience spanning the service, financial services  & retail industry.
 

Mr. Sachin Rastogi (Associate Principal)
Sachin Rastogi heads the finance, secretarial and investor relations of our Company. He joined our Company in February 2008. He has received his bachelor’s degree in science from Delhi University and a master’s degree in management from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. Prior to joining us, he was working with WNS Global Services from September, 2006 to January, 2008 as CFO for BFSI vertical. He has over 10 years of experience and has worked with Microsoft, Aviva Life Insurance and Gillette in various functions in finance and strategy.
 

Mr. Sunil Malkani (Associate Principal)
Sunil Malkani is responsible for client engagement and business development support across our Enterprise Analytics vertical. Sunil joined eClerx in May 2003, and has been involved in the deployment and management of online content and data analytics programs for Web and eCommerce customers. Prior to working with eClerx, he designed and managed online marketing campaigns for a startup software products company, Cypherix. He has also been involved with several online content management organizations and eCommerce portals. Sunil studied engineering at the Thadomal Shahani College of Engineering at Bombay University. He has over 9 years of experience in the online, eCommerce and marketing space.
 

Ms. Swati Thakar (Associate Principal)
Swati Thakar joined the company in Feb 2008 as Head of IT. She is responsible for heading the entire technology development efforts across verticals. She holds a Diploma in Electronics from the SNDT University and is a Certified PMP from the PMI institute. She brings with her over 17 years of strong technology management background having worked, delivered and managed diverse technology projects on Web and Windows based platforms. Prior to joining us, she worked with V2Solutions, a software services company, from July 2003 to Jan 2008 heading the Microsoft practice. Prior to V2Solutions, she has played leading roles in managing software delivery in Satyam Infoway, Datamatics, Tandon, Abacus and also led the technology development for the e-commerce portal IndiaPlaza.com.
